Automation represents a set of actions that occur when a receiver does something. While you may have done some limited automation before (mostly just sending emails), now you have a solid system for strong automation.
Types of Incentives:
Can be triggered automatically by any event (even if you are comfortable with full features)
You can also turn off the automatic stop and stop. These actions will stop the actions that follow the recipient.
Type of action:
- send an email
- send a text message
- Send a webpush notification
- add or remove recipient tags
- update the recipient’s identity
List of recipients
A recipient list is a group of recipients under a topic. Each account has a main menu called “News”. This is the default list used in:
- retail division
- where recipients are newly collected
- default report for list updates
You can still create separate lists and register their recipients for various other use cases. For example, create a new list for:
- offline program
- Black Friday campaign
- Customers join affiliate websites
